Resource Usage & Fair Usage Policy!

VM Outgoing Traffic: Unmetered, with no hidden fees.

VM Incoming Traffic:

• If your incoming traffic does not exceed 10% of your outgoing traffic (1:10 ratio) within the billing period, incoming traffic is not counted and is unlimited.
• If this ratio is exceeded, incoming traffic is counted against your plan's monthly allowance (see plan details).
• You will be notified by email when you reach 80% and 100% of your allowance. If the allowance is exceeded, the service will be suspended.
• To restore service, you can upgrade to a plan with a higher traffic allowance or renew your current plan early. The traffic counter resets from the moment of the upgrade or renewal.

Fair Usage:

• All resources (network, CPU, RAM, disk I/O) are intended for standard server workloads.
• If a server generates sustained high load for several hours (on network, CPU, RAM or disk I/O) that affects network or node stability, we reserve the right to suspend it without prior notice. You will be notified by email and asked to resolve the issue before the server is restored.
• This applies regardless of your remaining traffic allowance.

Your data is retained during any suspension.
